At JDM TACKLE HEAVEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fishing gear; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain precision-engineered items and custom-spooled reels may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused tackle in its original Japanese domestic market packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our inspection center; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
